It starts with a conversation
Let’s chat… we can discuss your ideas, dimensions and some rough costings. You might have some sketches, pictures, or a Pinterest board that we can run through and discuss. We often work closely with interior designers, too.
Creating a brief
We will visit your home and measure up, and discuss with you the various options including styles, materials, fixtures, fittings and configurations. You can visit our showroom to see some examples for yourself.
The design taking shape
We will then create a 3D drawing for you, tailored to your precise requirements, for us to discuss with you and tweak to your heart’s content.
It’s at this stage that we will create a detailed quotation for you to consider.
The detailed design
Once you have placed your order then the process begins of creating a detailed and fully-rendered 3D CAD model for you to approve. Our specialist software allows us to adjust the design at the touch of a button, allowing you to change the look and feel and see instant results.
Our advanced workshop facility turns the 3D CAD design into the accurately machined pieces that make up your bespoke furniture. These are assembled by our experienced craftsmen to ensure everything fits together perfectly, and then dismantled, painted and/or lacquered, and packed for delivery. This process typically takes two to three weeks (and you are welcome to visit to see your new bespoke wardrobe in production).
Our highly skilled in-house installation teams will then visit your property to install your new furniture. Working to our exacting standards, they will treat your house with utmost respect and ensuring the minimum of disruption. Simple installations can be done in less than two days, obviously the larger projects do take longer.
